Process Operation

The container is received by the machine conveyor from the in-feed turntable and separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the predetermined spacing between the two containers based on the label length and container diameter. When the label is recognised by the container sensor, it is instantly put on the container, ensuring quick adhesive of the label’s edge.

The material is then sent through the pressing mechanism, resulting in perfect registration and crease-free application. It can handle container diameters ranging from 22 mm to 105 mm and label heights ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm, with changeovers taking only a few minutes. Label height from the bottom may also be adjusted for different types of containers.
