        Automatic blister packaging machines are perfect for the pharmaceutical business, where they are used to pack oral tablets, capsules, hard and soft gelatin, and ampoules. AII machines are built under strict quality control procedures to provide years of trouble-free operation. The machine’s unique design provides complete time synchronisation between the sealing of aluminium foil and PVC based. To achieve better outputs, the machine employs the flat forming and rotary sealing principles.

        PVC base film web is pulled from a reel and fed into the blister generating device, which continually forms blisters. The web is then guided down a guide track to the sealing machine. Before the web enters the sealing machine, the product is filled into the blisters by a suitable automated filling device over the guide track. Aluminum foil is taken from a separate reel and fed into the sealing unit, where it is sealed with the base web, hermetically encapsulating the product. The filled and sealed web is then supplied into the pack punch unit via an indexing mechanism, where the packs are removed from the web. To facilitate collecting, the web trim is sheared off. The blister pack can be collected in bins or carried across a belt for further processing. It is possible to connect the machine to a cartoner.
